3.7 starter viable?

Any 3.7 updates in the works? Very enjoyable character to play. Looking forward to play it again in 3.7. Seems only winter orb was nerfed but since it wasn't used for dammage it won't be an issue? Just less range. Just wasn't sure if the new passives on the tree might be utilized? Thanks

I play this build currently lvl 79, not sure if I'd recommend it this league. Swords down attack Legion mobs in prep phase and killing them in prep phase doesn't generate rampage

Hmm, maybe swap for a level 20 winter orb for Legion fights? Idk if there is reflect in them? I'm on console awaiting 3.7 today sometime.

I didn't test the build in 3.7. In general, I assume that it's still very viable, although the agony crawler and war banner got nerfed a bit.
But according to seranus you might have a hard time with the legion mechanic.
