Honestly the sword being commissioned by pros who spent a significant amount of money on it made me not like it, I wanna see the guy in his back yard who did what he could with what he had and still made a sword that looks cool. These people probably didnt know anything about the game and probably didnt even care, it wasnt a labor of love and respect, they did it cus they got payed to do it.

That video doesnt deserve to be on the same page as people who put their time and effort into something for a game they love.

There was something a little odd about the Weta Workshop vid. I know you guys at GGG probably have a lot of respect your fellow kiwis over at Weta but honestly, I was very disappointed to see such a severe lack of effort to specifically reference Starforge as a Path of Exile asset!

The video implies Starforge (and PoE to some extent) is somehow a Tencent effort. Despite the GGG logo at the start, which has literally zero context btw, Tencent gets the honourable mention towards the beginning and large mandarin PoE title at the end (minor english translation above), again reinforcing this strange idea that Tencent are responsible for its creation.

Not one time does anyone say the game's name, the actual developers name OR (and probably most importantly) whom the original concept artist is that works at GGG!

Also, i'm sure the guys at "man at arms" would manage to forge a damascus blade this big.
