Hey you need an elder base.

The Elder Suffix
Attacks have +#% to Critical Strike Chance

iLvl 68: Attacks have +(0.5–1)% to Critical Strike Chance ()
iLvl 84: Attacks have +(1.1–1.5)% to Critical Strike Chance ()

these are the rolls if you get a 68 or higher elder base you can look to get 0.5-1 % crit.

If you get 84 or higher you get the chance to roll 1.1-1.5% crit which is the higher roll, so you require an elder base 84+ vaal regalia( they are cheap I think - I bought mine for 4 c last week)

but yes Fossil spam that elder chest with Dense + Serrated, and wait for the glorious 700+ es chest with crit mod :D

How do you guys get the Crit chance to feel good in this build?

I've been playing it this season. Level 89. I have an elder chest with +1.4% Crit. Using pure talent jewel connected to shadow. Using assassin's mark on hit ring. I still have 54% Crit with 7 power charges and there are times I whif through a pack with no Crit. In high maps it usually means a death. When my diamond flask is up it's fairly consistent but it doesn't feel good to have all this Crit stacked and still whif a lot.

Note that I took the non-lycosidae route. But with 3 accuracy rolls, and war banner, my chance to hit on character sheet is 90%. I don't feel this is a big issue?

Any tips on my build and items is appreciated. Thanks all.

could be your accuracy. if you dont have lycosidae you have to first hit then roll a crit so if you have 90% accuracy and 90% crit your chance to hit and crit is 81%. also you want to do short cyclones in case you do miss your crit. click as close to your character as possible while cycloning

assassins mark will bring your crit very high but if you have it as "on hit" then you need to apply the curse then hit the monster again so for your first hit it does nothing. using it in a blasphemy setup would probably be better

Hello i just respeced my self cast ice nova/frost bolt witch to this and it seems decent, but i do need some help from you guys with how i can get some more crit. So if u got time i would appreciate, if u would look up my char names "FrozenYellow". The curse i use atm. is assasins mark with blasphemy and 2 diamond flasks.

In Pob energy leech support gives me way more damage than hypothermia as a 6 link.

But i read somewhere that hypothermia isn't really well calculated in pob.
Any thoughts about that?

Did you checked the "is the ennemy chilled?" this is to active hypothermia gem dps

bonechill isnt calculated. you can add a mod "nearby enemies take 17% increased elemental damage" to your cospris to replicate the effect.

es leech is only more dmg when you arent full es

Yeah according to my calculations at least in chest hypothermia is + consistent. But I'm still thinking of using one in my weapon and getting the max leech nodes so we can get 30% max ES leech with ghost reaver

I will try to assist you, I observed the following things:

1. Remove the Life flask, place a utility flask that fits your build(low on resist? get a resist flask... etc..)
2. Around level 80 I removed the Mana flask, do try to play a bit without mana flask and see if you can do it, if not leave it there( if you can use the following logic in point 1) also Warlord's Mark
3. You need to get some levels, level 77 is way to low. Try to farm low level maps and speed farm them, use a good filter to no waste time in "checking" trash items.
4. Try to not "waste" currency at this point. Only if necessary. You will need it later to buy some good shit.
5. I see you have the Warlord's Mark in the shield without any supports or whats so ever. To get you going and ensure you do not get killed easily get a blasphemy + warlord's mark so you can regen es, mana and some endurance charges. You can replace the assas mark, I do not think you require "that" much "crit" you need to survive to get to level 88-90.
6. Atho the author of the build is using "Shield charge + fortify" I suggest you do not. As I've said many times to my friend my best defense is offense, what that means is kill the shit before it kills you etc. get more dmg. On its links you can get the following, Vortex + bonechill + unbound ailments + arcane surge (level 1-4 / do not level it higher) 4 Blue socket required.
7. your silver flask has only 1 mod add another with augmentation orb.
8. You can use "blessed Orb" to get your both diamond rings as close as possible to 30% critical(implicit roll) this can increase your dps output.
9. I will edit this post, if I get the chance to do some more diggin on your character(Currently at work :D) but this should be enough imo. If you need anything just ask
