An error occurred while updating path of exile (app running)

If i close the game and later try to play again i got this error with Steam.

What i tried:

Nothing about POE in Task Manager
Verify integrity of game files with steam
Reinstalled the game
Reboots my computer

The only way i found to fix this is restart the app Steam to force close POE.
