It's a continuous previous 4 seconds. It'll constantly change on you every second.

"Recent" = Past 4 seconds

Im getting frenzy charges too and I dont know where they coming from.

Thats right but why am I dying so easy. I can't find the answer no where. no one can seem to help and I guess there is no way to really min max the dps.

I don't see anything wrong in your character. you have 1.2 million dps per totem and 6 million dps for all totems combined. You really need to use all the mana you can as often as possible.

And if you keep dying, i think it's a problem in your play style. You may be going to much in front of your totems and get slapped by monsters. Try taking more your time and stay behind totems. And then progressily go faster when you are more comfortable.

EDIT: From what i can see theres something different in POB with your Indigon. When i swap yours with regular one your regen drops from 3k to 1.8k

In the Indigon in my PoB, i wrote the following lines:

"

/// 0.5% mana regen per totem and we have 5 totems
2.5% of Mana Regenerated per second
/// 3000 mana regen x 4 seconds / 200 mana spent * 25% spell damage
1500% increased spell damage

0.5% mana per totem because of the hierophant ascendancy.
PoB doesn't do the calculations of the increased spell damage from the Indigon so i write it myself.

Surely it will be silly but I do not know why I lose my life when I use totems. I followed the build step by step. Could anyone help me?. Thank you
