Yeah, i have been messing with it since 3.5. I went some other directions from it, but This was the start.

TLDR:
YES, ITS STILL VERY VIABLE. STILL A LAWNMOWER, OP BUILD. Happy ? :D We lost almost nothing if it wasn't for the flask cluster and the 500 accuracy from the jewel (Im glad i didnt use it ^^) IGN: Cyanyx
