You cant get 100resist and cdr. You can get cdr + 2resist( so probably like 40+40) ..and thats with luck. Your best bet is to spam alc/scour(chaos) but i preger just getting a 120-130life with 1-2resist and then build around the belt. Much easier to change rings then belt.

Right, it even approaches 6 when you factor in some of the "attacks speed if crit recently" jewels I have. I figure since I am hitting far too frequently, might as well push the envelope further rather than cut back to 3. I do generate power charges through ascendant assassin.

your cyclone aps is 4.8 which is very high and you aren't triggering CoC as much as you could be.

do you cast ice golem manually? if you want it to cast with cwdt it should be level 3

are you using righteous fire? i'm only using the vaal version for burst damage.

with these checked in pob your average hit is 627k. without rf it's 438k.

leeching
enemies chilled and shocked

of course you could get more damage but i think you have plenty
