What is the absolute best crafts on a ring with nothing but warlord's+multimod?

You should be running Herald of Thunder and Herald of Ice, Aspect of the Spider, and have your final ascendancy. You should not be running Grace, we only use Vaal Grace. Also, be careful which support gems you have linked with your Heralds as well as any item supports that they are socketed into... supports increase mana reservation.

Crafted this beauty about a day ago.
I must say, I love the build.

Why do we opt for the +2 stages enchant though,
The extra stages don't really add damage to the build, atleast through PoB.

Each stage gives you 15% increased Projectile Frequency. Have a look in POB in the tab "configuration" (skill option). you can add stages, the damage of winterorb will increase. The Ingame-Tooltip doesn´t show it.

Does this build really have no charge generation beyond a jewel that costs 6.5 exalts?

before starting on the wrong one, this is the right basis for crafting the sceptre? Because it was just 1 chaos cost, so im curious o.O

I assume my error is that its not shaped? ^^^^^^

There are some cheaper ways to generate Frenzy Charges

Blood Rage. You maybe need some Regeneration on Tree or Items.

Intuitive Leap Jewel. Take Overcharged on Tree.

Ice Bite in mainlink.

Ice Bite in Herald of Ice. Only works if you don't use Inpulsa

There are some rare Amulets with % Frenzy, Endu and Powercharges on Kill, if you don't use Pandemonius.

There are also some other uniq Items. You can check the Wiki for it. Maybe you find something good.

- get mark of the shaper ring + elder ring ( including level 12 warlords mark ! ) combo for moar dmg ( -> and life leech ! )
- save some up and get a pandemonius amu for moar dmg
...

-> i suggest the first option to go on first since you get dmg AND life leech
( btw : do you really play without warlords mark, yet ? o.O )
