" 1. buy a base item that can have wanted mod. Mind the implicit. In this case Gain #% of Elemental Damage as Extra Chaos Damage ilvl 85: 16-20 (The Shaper's) 2. alt spam until You get the wanted mod. 3.When you get the mod that is needed you need make the item into rare with regal and then get rid of the extra mods. Im not sure how this phase works excatly but apparently there is someway of locking item prefixes and then annul the suffixes away. Im not sure how to deal if you get 2 prefixes and 1 suffix when regaling. Skipped this part myself and bought rare base with only the wanted mod. Cost me 2ex. 4. Craft multimod which can be acquired from pale council. Costs 2ex. 5. Craft Arcane surge with cast speed. Double damage. Spell dmg with non-chaos as extra chaos dmg. non-chaos as extra chaos dmg. 2 last crafts do stack. Note that when you have multimod you have only 1 try at crafting per craft. Someone should give insight how part 3. excatly works. |

" I used an ilvl 86 Shaper Sambar Scepter as base. 1. Alteration spam until you hit 16%-20% Elemental Damage as Extra Chaos as the only mod besides the implicit. 2. Use a Regal to make it rare which adds a second mod. 3. Use an Annulment and pray it removes the second mod and leaves the 20% Elemental Chaos mod. 4. If it removes the wrong mod, scour and start again. If it doesn't you should have a rare with just 20% Elemental Chaos mod. Craft Can Have Multiple Mods. 5. Then add the rest. Spell Damage + Non-Chaos, Non-Chaos, Double Damage, Cast Speed + Arcane Surge. 6. Depending on rolls, divine or use beast craft divine to reroll the mods to something acceptable. If you tend to have horrendous luck on the annulment (step 3) you can craft Prefixes Cannot be Changed after step 2 before you annul IF the second mod is a Suffix.
