Developer Interview - Openarl

I'm totally taking credit for you getting hired -- I had my fingers crossed! :)

As someone who isn’t too tech savvy, the PoB interface and pastebin and all that can be very daunting to use.

I’m just hoping there is an official release where it’s more intuitive and cleaner to use, pulls right from the game database with a singe click.

That said GGG should also hire Neversink (or is he already with them)? Loot filtering is too crucial not to be offficially an in-game feature. Same goes for trade macros for pricing; an ancient dinosaur like myself still hasn’t quite wrapped my head around that one. As PoE becomes more popular, a lot of these well-used third party programs should be integrated, just like PoE trade,

Openarl your My hero. i'm going to admit it some days i feel like i speed more time on "Path of Building" then playing the actual game...


(plz keep it detailed and hard to use)
(and same go for game :)

all games and or tools that get to "cut back" die fast simple not allways better for some things. especially when its some one pastime/hobby

PoB revived my interest for PoE at a certain moment, using it on a daily basis now, sadly days arn't long enough to test everything.

My first solo Shaper kill back in Abyss league was definitely the biggest; I’m still working towards an uber Elder kill, but I came close in Delve with an Arc totem build.

I used to be a programmer but took an arrow to the knee and became a Product Manager. Sometimes I wish I had continued but being able to come up with new big ideas and seeing them develop has become more fulfilling.

I think I can confidently say that PoB is the most important tool for PoE players. Do you have any plans to update the UI and UX? The font size is quite small on my monitor and I do have to squint sometimes. I would also like to see a DPS flowchart of my builds something akin to a process flow chart, so that I cN more easily evaluate the impact of changes in the pipeline.

Of course, only if you have the time and inclination.
