Alva won't open incursions

Same thing. Died during a delirium encounter while i was speaking to Alva, and could no longer get her to spawn portals. #2,171,214,250

Happened to me again after few years again. I died in second incursion, cannot do third.

2+ years and this is not yet fixed :/ Happend to me today.

This is happening to me consistently if I die in an incursion with delirium active.

Happened to me too, same thing. Died in 1st incursion and can't open the next 2 in the map.

Delirium: On
Died on first incursion. Went back into the map and managed to do the second incrusion while Delirium was still on. Did not exit the incursion through the pillar.
Alva is not offering an option to enter the third incursion, but she had teleported to the location. Delirium had ended by the time I found her the last time.
Hopefully some of this info can be used to debug and fix the issue.

Same Died on the first the two others temple are now locked stuck at 1/3
