you have to calculate even the 5 power charges, they provide +40% crit each
and even the diamond flask

just import your char in Path of Building, activate power charge on configuration tab and flag the checkbox of jade flask on items tab
you will see you real critical strike %

im at 85,44% with cyclone ... i think its a bit optimistic but thats what i got from PoB

be sure that you have 100% hit chance as well, Lycosidae is the item that does that for you.

You are right man, I have to change it. That just a relic of the old IN + GC version.

so, maybe found a bug or im stupid? When casting Cyclone and hitting vortex during the spin, it spawns MULTIPLE vortex's all over the floor in random spots on my screen. This is also happening to my friend with the exact same build here. Is this a build mechanic that I dont notice??

Here is my PoB so you can see all my setup to make sure it's not just something in the build.

(small side note, my vortex is only linked to Bonechill, blood rage, and summon lightning golem.

There isnt, sorry. I planned to add one but I forgot it and now I sold all my gear and rescped my assassin.

Hello, thank you for the build, it is great fun so far.
I have one question : it seems to me that I am not triggering Onslaught buff from Herald of Ice reliably. It looks like it only triggers when I deal finishing blow with Cyclone (not Ice nova or Icebolt). Am I doing something wrong?
