I had the same bug and had to switch from Lunaris.
The problem is I don't see it mentioned anywhere in the new patch notes (correct me if I'm wrong). I hope GGG is aware and it will be fixed soon. |

+1 on this. Lunaris seems to reduce speed after engaging mobs.
