Tukohama's Vanguard with Multiple Totem Support bugged
" As far as i understand, it was made to nerf Tukohama shield+necromancer aegis(it was a bit imballanced? i agree). But to use multitotem gem(which lowers totem damage) you need to pull out one of the damage gems,or at least resist gem.(( So, in this case it"s totally useless for specters. And i wonder, what does it mean "less likely"? Plase the gem, and prey to Tukohama, and TV , MAYBE, will place an extra totem? |

They are less likely to place additional totems while they have at least one totem." and this just make it so if you have +1 totem the VG will rarely put a second totem while you have 1 active, so no the gem will just straight up dont work they will never put more than 1 totem at once, and rarely put a second one before the first expire so unless they undo the first nerf multiple totems wont work I miss harvest, 36/40 never forget. Arc totem is much more powerful than anything the spectre could possibly do. There needs to be some consistency.

I have to say, having this interaction not work because of some hidden spectre-specific property of TV is really frustrating. If I summon any projectile spectre and link it to a GMP, the spectre will fire multiple projectiles. So why would a totem-summoning spectre not summon multiple totems with multiple totem support?
I put together a TV spectre character thinking it sounded like fun, probably not the most powerful character but the double totems could at least help them feel less clunky when not bossing. Instead I've found that both the support gem doesn't work even though everything in the game seems to indicate that it should, and the shield has a minimal effect due to their AI and short totem duration. The shield not being helpful is fine, it's disappointing but it's something the player can figure out by observing the duration of the totem and the AI of the spectre. The support gem interaction is just terrible though, it's just not consistent with the way the rest of the game works. As a result I spent a lot of time and currency leveling and gearing a character that I no longer want to play, all due to a mechanic that is impossible to predict in-game. |

I agree its not like a super powerful build. Maybe when it was nerfed it was super powerful for 1 fight at the cost of clear speed but seriously revert this to consistency.
