Please implement proper multi monitor support

When playing at 5760x1080 resolution (48:9 aspect ratio) the health and mana bar are way out in the left and right bottom corners of the screen, making the game practically unplayable cuz it's impossible to keep an eye on your health.

Please either allow customization of where on the UI the health bar is or detect odd aspect ratio displays and move the health and mana to the middle monitor automatically
