Having the same issue with my first temple. I've tried different uniques acquired at different levels and ways.
the first one i tried was a unique armour acquired from a safehouse special box, but the rest have been from all over. |

Any idea if this thing is still bugged? Didn't work yesterday and also earlier today. Got it again on my 3rd temple and don't wanna waste it :D
