Bump. This is a game destroying bug that should have never made it to a retail environment. Why has it not even been added to known issues???

I got this same bug, but i only did 2 safehouses in a row. I did have all 4 hit 100% information before i did the first 2 safehouses. After the first 2 i continued leveling and no more betrayal spawns.

Would be nice if we at least could get some information if you are working on it GGG. Pretty frustrating to see every1 else get these awesome veiled mods while u are basically playing stanard.
