So GGG is on a skeleton crew at the moment, but they do have time to post multiple replies to pretty low level stuff that people bring up on reddit.
But they do not have time to give an update on this? That is some pretty shitty customer service. Cunts.... Still sane exile?

3.5 has been FILLED with bugs, and this map tab bug is icing on the cake. Their first priority should be to fix this issue, we paid for the tab and it's not working at all. Tried to contact the customer support to see if I can get a refund on the map tab and just buy a new (working?) one, since I don't care about the unique maps I lost. No answer, atleast not yet.

" It won't work. I DID contact support, and DID get refunded for the map tab. The map tab was flagged remove only. Rightfully so, as there is still invisible unique / shaped maps in it, APPARENTLY.... I bought another map tab with refund, and instead of getting a new map tab, they removed the flagged remove only flag, and gave me back the old broken tab that, APPARENTLY, still had my invisible unique maps in. Yea... Fucking scam. Been days and still waiting to hear back from support about this. GGG - Why you no?

A whole week with malfunctioning map tabs. WE CAN DO THIS. To be serious though, I got a lesson to wait with supporter pack purchases until the launch of new content. Guys,
I got 5 old premium maps tash from the five previous leagues. They are all remove only and "totaly empty" since 5 leagues. This is an old problem and it won't be solved tomorrow, believe me. bye bye for my atlas unique maps completion, my 25 chimera gone, and all my shaped and unique map... GGG ? PoE is an awesome game for sure, but we PAID for those stashs ! |

I hope GGG has a plan for this. I invested a lot of hours and a lot of currency to build the map pool you guys killed in this update, especially my pool of Elder UGS and years worth of unique maps. It would be nice to see GGG provide an update to the situation (something more robust than "we are looking into it"), even if they can't fix it immediately.
