had not so much time to play this build in that version this league. It feels good with trash clearing. For me much better then the sc version since many mobs eplode and thats faster then bevor.

The survaviblity is bad. I have a really hard time to survie the syndicate. And if the janus boy come in (and he always did it ) in the one portal zana maps i am dead. the act bosses are funny and no problem but the syndicate is not tankable with this build what is a pain. The leech isnt enought. thats a new experience since in last league i could tank shaper beem and all map bosses.
Will see how it works if i have the uber lab and better gear.

for me it looks like the survability is bad, the clear speed better.

i die always instantly at a reflect mob. Thats new and bad.

The most poor thing is a cosmetical.

with sc i had a nice red or grey beam with ice rain.

now i have some grappy blips and the ice rain as usual. WO appearance is really shit.

the thing i most miss is reflect immunity.

The thing you miss alot is int, you have alot of bad int gear, no 6s staff. WO lvl too high as you lose mana, Why do you use flask life and mana flask? I see missing int gear. I dont see CWD IC gem setup. Thats why ur survability is bad. Just dont run reflect mod maps.

why do we run Sulphur Flask ? :)
no zealot's oath am i missing something ?

Sulphur Flask was used in all versions of the build for the %Damage increased implicit. For Ascendant version (Elementalist-Inquisitor) was even better cause it created Consecrated Ground which removed/made us imune to all the elemental ailments while standing on it due to Inquisitor Ascendancy).
Another use of it was that you can craft it to Chemist Sulphur Flask of Staunching/Warding to get 4 usages out of it and remove bleeding/courses which helps with mapping experience.

We never used this flask for Zealot's Oath.

Yes... but we only have a few crit nodes, not going over 100%, so if we take it, we nullify all of them. Namely Snowforged, but personally also run with Ice golem, which would do nothing with Controlled Destruction.

I'm addressing this build, not builds in general.

This is not a crit build, so Controlled Destruction in staff setup does not affects us at all as long as it is not linked with Winter Orb(which is used to trigger Elemental Overload). My crit chance with Winter Orb according to PoB is 9% with/without Controlled Destruction socketed in staff. Snowforged and Light of Divinity nodes are not taken for the %increased critical strike chance anyway, there are other stats in these nodes that are useful for us.

Your crit is 9% without, 5% with controlled. That was my point... I know you don't take the nodes for crit and I know it's not a crit build.. you know what nevermind. Just do what you want.

I had a blast playing this build thank you very much!
Although its played on standard, meh i got OP gear there so decided to remake my version 1.0 witch into this.

At lvl 87 i got nearly 1.9k int and truck load of ES (14.7k) the tankiness is beyond..

However a few pointers i did on my own is that i took zealot as well, so to make sure that tukohama pantheon is well worth it for bossing.. 2% of 14k es is godly. On top of that despite trying so many uber lab i only ended up with 2% life and mana regen on hit enchantment.. So with that i got a nice 4% es regen.. 2% life leech from gem.. thats constant 6% life regen..

current items :) yet to test uber elder but with immune to all 3 ailments, and the new asendency to immune to chill.. shouldnt be an issue just keep calm and chill the enemies (literally)

All in all thanks for this awesome build!

I find the damage pretty meh right now, I'm missing on quality gems and some jewel sockets etc, but overall the damage seems like its nothing amazing and mapping is kinda slow, to be expected with a WI built.

Just loaded your build up in POB.
Dump the mana leech support in WI. If you have mana problems, just link a level 1 Winter Orb with cast while channeling, (and make sure it's not linked to anything else) Natural mana regen should be more than enough to sustain that.

You have 1259 int... that's not horrible, but int is both your damage and your ES. You want ALL the int.

Your tree is looking decent, but you have one weakish jewel, and another jewel slot that you can allocate next level. Those two jewel slots could give you at 32 base int easily.

As far as gear goes, you could try replacing your helmet with one containing more int.

Thank you for this
Quick question:

Is anyone else struggling to get Strength above Dex for the Ignite immunity?

I have an extra 9 dex from my crummy rings, but, that still leaves Dex 12 points higher than Str.

Only strength granting nodes I don't have yet are the ones that are going to be converted with Brute Force.

Hey there. :)

Assuming you are using Astramentis and the exact passive build from the guide, your strength may indeed by default be a little lower than dex.

In order to alleviate this I decided to move a few passives around. For one you can pick up the life/ES nodes near CI (2 points) that grants 10 strength as well that isn't converted by anything. The other way is to either take Might at the templar side along with Physique, for 60 total strength, but personally I've opted to get str/int on my rare Jewels, along with other useful stats. Having just one or two Jewels like that can make the difference going just over your dex total.

Thing to remember is that every 5 of your lowest stat increases damage by 1%, so there's some merit to deciding to 'struggle' to get strength up instead of taking dex down.

If you convert to Int using Fertile Minds all the Dex nodes in the tree which build traverse you will end getting equal values for Str and Dex which is normal :) (that's my situation at the moment)

If you want to have Str Higher than Dex best solution not to waste skill points is to get a ring with coruption with %Increase Int/%Increase Str.

You will need to look for the %increased Int on rings anyways so if that corruption comes with %Increase Str stat also you resolve your issue.

I've got all three Dex>Int Conversions running, unless I missed a fourth somewhere.

Looks like I'll have to nab it via Rings or Jewels then, when I get to that point.

The Currency gods were cruel to me while levelling, so I'm still using some absolute garbage items. (Like my gloves, Intless and low ES but they dropped with 3 alt colours so I can run a bunch of my support stuff in there).

Good to know it wasn't just me though, I was worried I'd missed something, just means I have to pay a bit of attention when buying or corrupting.

Nah, you didn't miss anything. :)

When I recreated this build for myself on PoB I also noticed there's a gap and you can't really reduce dex, as you'll want VP and that's just it. Some of those nodes you can't reach to convert them. So strength up is the way to go and Jewels are the easiest solution imo. You give up 4 int per jewel in potential (single stat is 16 max, dual stat is 12 in each) but if you get to be ignite immune, I'd say that's worth it.

As for the drops, I've been pretty unlucky myself. My gear is pretty much bare esentials right now (Drucille on my profile) But I just got into maps on my first league build, so can't be expecting much at that point.
