I am not big on craftiung either, but I think you should have done fossil crafting to 28-30 Quality before you spam alteration orbs. Quality is fairly big for ES.

That's a good point - I might just scour and do that, I may as well shoot for the best starting mods instead of hybrid ES. I haven't bought any alts, just used what I've found so it's been a cheap project so far!

Second curse, let alone Hatred, is completely unnecessary here and wouldn't be worth the skill points. Bosses mitigate curses a little less, but they still mitigate them heavily. And for clearing trash you already have more than enough DPS.

New video: Syndicate Mastermind

The Mastermind is the most pointless boss in the game. Killing her completely destroys your Syndicate. She drops loot that may be worth an exalt or two, but a carefully constructed Syndicate can give you more.

Anyway, in case you do want to kill her for the challenge, here's the fight. All damage is physical + fire, use Purity of Fire instead of Herald of Ice. And bring a Ruby flask instead of The Wise Oak (useless since fire will be your highest resist). Use Solaris, not Arakaali - there are invulnerability phases where you take damage over time but can't leech.

First you do a mini-fight where you damage the boss a little and kill several zombies. Then you clear trash to the main event. And do the main fight.

You damage the boss -> she goes inactive and releases one of the Syndicate people -> you kill them -> she goes active and you damage her again -> big green flash happens, the boss becomes invulnerable, you get a pointer under your feet -> go to the corner where it points -> a glowing crystal there explodes after a few sec -> get out of there (damaging ground) -> repeat 4 times. In the 4th phase you don't need to go to the corner, she does it for you.

I thought the challenge required letting her spawn the skeletons and then killing her without letting them catch you. But apparently it's just poorly worded, and you fail it if you destroy or detonate any of her skeletons. If you never spawn the skeletons - you never have a chance to fail it.

My INT at this moment 2441 and ES value ~17.300.

i always laughing if i read soemthing like that form illi.

I tried to get a good chest and need all my currency for it. To think to make that helm i cant imagine how to do :-)

but he has always extremly good gear and a good rng :-)

i have halfe the int and ex with all my currency and i got lucky this league to get really good gear for my conditions.
but as anulment orbs are fucking expensive and the imprint also i wasted near 600 c on the regalia i want to craft.

And a question. I was really good til now with no dying often at all. But the last two days i died about 10 times only from this fucking lightning bitches. I realized to late that there are beasts from einhar that make them. And i had 3 of them at one place.
Now i am carefully looking at those but that tunes my clearspeed down a lot. How did you handle those ?
(if 2 of them explode i am nearly dead, and with the beast there are 15 to 20 of them and that in a t16 with extra dmg let nearly no time to react)

I just reached lv 69, swapped to ci/es, but when i refund the shaper node (40% mana regen) i cant sustain myself? Is there another node that we take to be able to sustain the mana output?

Switch your Winter Orb to a level 1 one.
