" Helm is fossil crafted over already synthesized item and with increased quality from Betrayal crafting bench added. When you combine 3 strong crafting techniques onto one item the result is items like this. If you want to make a helm like this is not so hard: Just buy a ilv83 base Synthesized Hubris Circlet with +24-30 to maximum energy shield as implicit (local) (starting at around 1-1.5 exalt currently on market), perfect fossil craft it to 30% quality then start to throw some Dense fossils at it to get high ES prefixes and Delve Underground suffix or Dense + Frigid if you aim also for - Nearby enemies have - Cold resistance suffix. With luck you can get something like that with just few Dense fossils or if not lucky it may take hundreds of them :) If you ask me, that helm is not so OP since except huge ES value and T2 Intelligence it lacks any form of %elemental resistances (% chaos resistance is useless for CI users, only good for Low Life ES builds maybe and also it also lacks Delve suffix - Nearby enemies have - cold resistance which is truly useful for this build - look at Kelvynn's helm for example) You can now also get boots with 250+ ES, T1 Int and tons of movement speed (Onslaught) if you decide to jump into end game crafting wagon and have some decent resources to start with. That is even more illegal then high ES helmets. Fossil craft is kinda OP, fossil craft combined with synthesized items and Betrayal craft you can say it is ... illegal, i expect a ES nerf in the following league. Amulet is nothing special at all (i can say that is a bit worse than a well rolled Shaper amulet with % increased damage per 15 intelligence + flat int + flat attributes but just fitted my desired values for the moment), 3* Jorgin in Research can transform (if you are lucky) a normal amulet into that three rat Talisman with 16% attributes. https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Synthesis/5B8zVjSa Prices of end game ES pieces I expect to go down a bit after more and more crafters will use fossils and essences on fractured items. My INT at this moment 2441 and ES value ~17.300. Last edited by lilianmarius#0775 on Apr 5, 2019, 11:11:11 AM

Hello, first I apologize in advance because English is not my language. I want to thank for this build because I am enjoying it so much and thanks to Kelvynn and Lilian for all the advice. At this moment I am with 2030 intelligence and 11.5k of energy shield, if it is not annoyance could you tell me what could be improved now?
Thank you very much for your time and good disposition to help us. Greetings and have a nice day. |

" Your gear is very decent overall, a small improve you can make i think in gloves and boots and also in a 4-6% increased intelligence corrupted Cyclopean Coil. For gloves you can aim for ones with T1 Intelligence , higher ES value and some resistances to keep you over 75 for all of them For boots, the same, T1 Intelligence, higher ES value and at least 30% increased movement speed. An Emperor's Wit jewel with 6% increased intelligence can also could be taken in consideration for a future upgrade. You can follow this advice to get better items but make sure that all your resistances are above 75% - that's why when you look for good ES items it is ideally to have open suffix for you to craft your desired resistances in order to meet 75% resistance minimum. " Amulets, rings and belts can be vaaled for a small chance to receive a corrupted implicit mod "%N Increased Int". It's a luxury upgrade, priced at multiple exalts. Don't worry about it if you are just starting. A regular Astramentis is all you need. |

Thank you for making this build, it's my first CI build and I'm having fun.
But I need some help. I think I have spend over 500 chromatic orbs but I still cannot get 4 blue/2 green sockets on the staff, what am I doing wrong or is it just pure bad luck :/ Any advice is appreciated. PS. Should I just buy one, they cost around 80 chaos atm... Last edited by romi510#2354 on Apr 5, 2019, 12:32:35 PM

" 500? That's really bad luck. According to Vorici Calc, the average chance is 161. Last edited by Kelvynn#6607 on Apr 5, 2019, 12:36:41 PM
