You can also add the "-x to total mana cost of skills" mod to your rings. It's a syndicate mod (Elreon) so if you don't have it try to find a friend who does (I don't, someone from my guild added them to my rings)

This solution comes with a price though: you lose Arcane Surge because Frost Bomb costs too little mana. You can kinda work around this by keeping AS at lv 1 and using only 1 ring with this craft and no more than -5 mana cost. Still, enchanting the boots is a much better idea.

Most of those rares have no Int. No ES on the boots. No wonder you can't do anything. Find better stuff for 1c, and you'll be fine.

Why don't the build utilize the Retribution node? It's 40 int, 14% damage and 5% cast and attack speed. It seems the perfect candidate for a node.

What do you mean 40 int? If you meant that you need 4 skillpoints for this, better not forget to mention it.
Therefore, it's not a "perfect candidate", it's barely better than just 4 small +10 int nodes.
It's not a "bad" option, but not good enough to be in the build. If you think otherwise - just look at passive tree in the guide and say what are you gonna remove to get those 4 skill points?

Well, off the top of my head, the 3 mana and jewel nodes next to CI. We get +10 int on top of 8% more mana but those nodes don't justify picking them over 5% cast and 14%damage for me.
No mention of Cast While Channeling + Spell Cascade in the "What we're working on" post. Combined with its silent removal from the high priority bugfix list, I don't have much faith anymore. Seems like they nerfed it while avoiding the backlash of saying they nerfed it.
This build absolutely wrecks, level 92 already and I haven't been grinding that hard. Capable of doing t15s any mod except reflect because I'm too lazy to swap gear lmao. Thanks for the guide!!

I have no problem running fragments with some decent cast speed from tree / winter orb with quality and gear. Build is plenty fast enough movement wise. Once I get some corrupted jewelry I'll face tank everything at this rate. I highly recommend getting might of the meek. The damage boost is ridiculous and it compounds with frenzy charges and arcane surge.

They are not part of the build though... check skill trees in the guide.
And even if they would be, you can easily have about 26 int with 2 mods on jewel for minimal price. Or you can put brute force solution there, and grap +30 str nodes. That will give us 54 int for the same 4 skillpoints, despite the fact that 2 of them were wasted on useless mana. Just to remind you, even that didn't make a cut at final build.

It's funny because they just silently "deleted" part of development manifesto about "mastermind fight wouldn't completely reset betrayal table anymore", and thought that people wouldn't notice.

So i wouldn't even be surprised if we see that again.
