What about The Retch belt with the 3.6 leech nerf ? Is it still good to equip it or should we find a good stygian vise or other unique as replacement ?

For the most part, the leech nerf only affects slayer if you have more than 5s of downtime when hitting things. Which we do, so its not a problem.

Retch applies degen based on leech, previously it basically was up all the time, now its up for upto 5 sec out of combat, which tbh doesn't really matter, cause I didn't pick retch for the degen, I picked it for the movement speed and flask duration. The belt slot is flexible but I still prefer the Retch.

damage on full life suport is not working if you have life reserved because herald of purity reserves life instead mana. I have opened the damage output and the gem doesnt work because you never reach max life with the reserved one.

With blood magic, both auras (herald of purity and war banner) reserve life instead of mana, ad because of that damage on full life is not working as intended because we never reach max life, when i disable both auras i have much more damage because the gem works as intended.

Yes. Also get Lion's roar and HoP, war banner, ditch haste if you have to.

Belt of the Deciever is a good single target option, so is Vaal double strike. So yes for those. You'd have to find sockets for Vaal DS though, probably might have to ditch Ancestral Warchief. Wouldn't recommend doing that.

Gruthkul and Blood magic, no.

Auras and banner give a ton of damage, I wouldn't swap those out for BM.

I've tried making Gruthkul's work in several builds, but can never justify it for the huge damage loss from not using any spells. No vaal skills, CDWT IC, auras or blood rage. Also the 5% regen is wasted with VP as slayer. If you were to go Gruthkul's, you'd grab BM, but I don't see why you'd sacrifice so much damage for regen a bit more life.
