Can i have you try checking the trees of the pob? It should still have the leveling tree on it. If not ill make one once i have the time again

I know it might be a silly questiun, but i have recently came back to the game, and last time i have played POE, i did this exact build, but did not have enough time to finish it:) Can i revive it in 3.9 and is it possible to make some changes around for a lightning version of this?

Arc is a lightning build and yes you can do the exact thing... although expect some damage changes since the weapons used on this build were nerfed

Oh hey - i didn't play this build back in 3.6 to 3.8 (started playing again during Blight) so i haven't got the time to update this build since i was busy making the Icicle Mines build... but yes you can definitely use Skitterbots for this build although we already got 50% shock from Vaal Arc. its personal preference at this point

I'm playing my Icicle Miner build right now so i haven't actually updated this build for a few leagues now. just some minor changes. but soon maybe...

Do we need two life flasks or can we replace one with a quartz flask or Atziri's?

How is the icicle miner build compared to arc traps? I played arc trap build before like in the end of 2007. I like the gameplay, now deciding what to play really.
