There is absolutely no way GGG could have decided to use anything Asian without Tencent telling them to... I'm assuming you also believe that there was no way that GGG would make Incursion with a Latin American influence before Chris Wilson become a secret member of the Cartel. It's cool to see shotgunning/aoe overlap being an intentional mechanic with these new Steel skills and stuff like Toxic Rain. Absolutely love the crafting being overhauled as something that you unlock throughout the game instead of having to grind master missions. That type of grinding is kind of a dated game mechanic IMO, and I think having it be more integrated with the game world instead of gated by the master minigames is a fantastic design choice.
