[3.15] Crimson Bow Gladiator, RoA + Puncture | Pure Bleed Build | All Content | In-depth

Hey mate, wouldn't really recommend it as a league starter. It's a rocky way till you get some dps going. Was lucky and farmed the 6 Link Bow card and got a 6 link for Bestiary with the right basetype.

I would only recommend to start with the build when you got an okayish elder bow and cluster jewels for the dps.

What gems can I socket to synergise with these gloves, if i have RoA in chest, and Puncture in bow/helm ?

Question more global for various bleed users than concentrate on this exact build:
Do you guys think it would be easier to play bow or to go 2h/1h+shield variant as a gladiator league starter? Especially with the new slam skills around?

I am thinking to use Axe nodes for league start and transition to proper bow build when I get all the important pieces together (elder bow, ryslatha etc).

But RoA should be also pretty smooth leveling experience, I am so thrown apart lol. Cyclone + Crimson Dance looks like a breeze until maps, or even some of the new slam skills...

Nothing to be fair. Best possible options is to socket RoA or Puncture inside it, so you have more gems sockets to use. Of course, it means you'll be using 5-link for clear or single target. With enough damage it shouldn't be too big of a problem tho.

I don't have any knowledge on melee builds in general, so can't help you with the question. I can only point out that 3.11 patch notes are yet to be released. Current opinions can very easily change after we get our hands on all the balance changes.

At least the PoB has to be updated to the new tree. He does not have to rework anything if nothing big changed.

Wind Dancer is also very good together with Kintsugi.

From what i checked so far small damage nerf in exchange for Wind Dancer which is extremely good defensively for my version of the build. Overall, there's many minor changes around the tree but effectively it's more or less the same.

Just reminding that i don't do gear checks anymore, and second part of your comment is falling closely to it. Not to mention it's not my version of the build.

As for question about mbXtreme's version... it's basically the same thing as almost all other streamer bleed bow guides afaik. Slightly higher life, similar damage, focuses on armour as defensive mechanic instead of evasion (which i prefer personally). Going to right side allows for much smoother progression without any need for unique items too. That's about it. Other than that it simply fits my playstyle more, especially classic version.

What i am most disappointed about is mbXtreme claiming his version to be "beginner friendly", that's a lie. There's so many things in it that your average joe will not be able to get at that level. I could make an essay explaining why but that's just a waste of time, you didn't ask for it anyway.
