Gain %phys as extra xEle > Crit Multiplier > Spell Damage > Attack Speed

Loreweave: Great all around chest gives you tons of damage and max res


Jewelry
For bossing you want to get increased life recovery on your belt (elder mod) and % of maximum life per second to maximum life leech rate (elder mod). We then use mark of the shaper which is a HUGE dmg increase giving up to 80% spell damage and a warlords mark ring for sustaining mana.

Helm
The increased duration on BV helm enchant is very expensive but BIG quality of life.
I crafted the help with jagged and pristine fossils, it shouldn't take too long to get something decent. I'm not sure if the % increased physical damage taken is better than -9% to fire/cold resistances.


Gloves
Atziri's Acuity are a must for this build, we want to stay on the top half of the tree for a lot of spell damage/crit/ele damage and this prevents us from having to travel all the way to vaal pact for BIG life leech
[Alternatives: Fenumus weave gloves/Hrimburn with +1 frenzy(use phys to lightning with these)/rare fingerless silk]


Boots
Kaom's Roots: Makes the uber elder sucky suck attack not slow you to 99% and are a must for the fight. Also a ton of life - try to get the ele pen enchant if you can

This is the setup I use for Uber Elder, if you are not comfortable with using all dps flasks substitute For the Atziri's Promise and Sin's Rebirth.
Also you'll need a bleed immunity flask for mapping

Bandits: I killed all
Pantheon: IMPORTANT: Soul of Arakaali is extremely important for our leech and is by far the most broken pantheon for any build with leech. We proc it by having blood rage up and a cwdt + immortal call setup.
The second pantheon we take is soul of Yogul which also helps a ton during the uber elder fight because we take 5% reduced cold damage if hit recently.

If you can't afford a lvl 4 empower than swap it out for an added fire damage until you can.

Movement Skill:

I swap out decoy totem for blood magic during uber elder so I can afk during the Shaper portal ads.

Power Charge generation + Arcane Surge

I leveled with frostbolt until level 12 where you get blade vortex. Use blade vortex until lvl 100 :D
Leveling is a little bit tricky with scion when you choose to start somewhere else on the tree. You're going to have to spend some regret orbs and or sit on some passive points until you hit cruel lab for path of the witch ascendency point.
