So... where's stygian everything else??
How about that blue-bordered black lightning the mine mobs use? That's *nice*. Stygian Cremation? Or Storm Burst, Firestorm? Things that require you to *see* the area - like flame blast - would not do so well in black, I guess. Patch Notes 3.15:
