how am i suppost to kill immortal divine shrine mobs

One of the major issues with these shrines are the massive fps dips. You go to click the shrine and the mouse is lagged to hell.

They took out the chrolo things (forget name) because of lag, not sure why allies cannot die and the shrine are still in the game with the preformance hit to users.
