[3.10] OneShotKill Elemental Hit Ballista Hiero - 9.6 million DPS - EZ Boss Killer + budget friendly

I am starting this build, and I enjoy playing totems, for some reason. Played mines, minions, cyclone, and self cast builds.

One question for now: why not taking Divine Guidance ascendancy notable?

I've checked that build in POB - item costs now are 2ex, 4ex, 4ex, 15ex and so on. Higher price - higher damage and survivability. My budget for a league is usually ~10 ex, then I kill all bosses and leave till next league.

Isn't this jewel in a wrong socket in your PoB? Don't we want the third line "With 40 total Strenght and Intelligence"? Or am I missing something.

"With 40 total Strength and Intelligence" actually means the total after both are added together must be 40(or more).

So if the radius has 40 Str and 0 Int, it's a total of 40 which meets the requirements.


As for the text being red, it means that is not supported in POB(Not that the Jewel requirements is not met).

I have 100,000 damage on the ballista, the total number is 8 ballist. Is this a normal indicator for reaching t16?

Im just a casual player and didn't know it just could be one stat, the wording is not that precise, at least for me :)
So i was starting my korona-beer drunken crafting session that i like. But it ended short. mere 50 alts, and 1 regal, and of course multimod 2 ex. Behold


Me thinks this is okay for this build.

Your damage and equipment is looking great, Congrats! You are now at the stage of min-maxing on your equipment, where most upgrades is like squeezing out that little bit more DPS. ;)


One change you can consider which is still pretty substantial in DPS gain, is changing the amulet to



I also highly recommend this amulet for everyone else before they get a +2 skill amulet with T1 crit and other juicy affixes which is obviously NOT cheap, unless you need the defensive affixes like life/resists from a rare amulet. Also want to highlight that we will need to use a Diamond Flask to get the max DPS out of this Amulet.

For comparison, this amulet is actually better than a +2 skill amulet(With no other offensive stat) and is currently pretty cheap. Crit Multi will be the most important affix on the amulet so look for one with a high roll. This amulet also Culls on Crit which is very nice, especially when combined with our Quill Rain's fast attack speed :)


For those who missed it earlier, I ranked the Amulets in terms of DPS versus bosses and here's the result

1. +2 skill amulet(with T1 Crit Multi)
2. Xoph's Blood(Against Enemies who hit you in the last 4 seconds)
3. Marylene's Fallacy(Paired with Diamond Flask)
4. +2 skill amulet(No other Offensive Affix)
5. +1 skill amulet(with T1 Crit Multi)
6. Yoke of Suffering

7. These 3 are almost Similar

7A. Karui Charge
7B. T1 Crit Amulet(No other Offensive Affix)
7C. +1 skill amulet(No other Offensive Affix)

8. Xoph's Blood(Against Enemies who didn't hit you last 4 seconds)

Frenzy skill gives charges if it hits - damage is irrelevant. Wording on skills is pretty precise in this game. And same frenzy skill with "curse on >>HIT<<" curses enemies at the same time.

Same trick other builds use with "unaffected by poison", that does not give immunity to poisons, but lowers poison damage to 0. And other uniques and skills counts how many poisons on you for various things.
