I'm trying this build out. Okay one thing i can't understand is how you can have 5 totems up and why your base totem fire 3 projectiles w/o dying sun and 5 with? i literally have 0 idea. I can only have 4 totems up at a time and my totem only fires 1 arrow. 3 arrows if i'm on dying sun.

Soon we will migrate back to standard, and I'm wondering what would be good legacy items to add.
I currently have waiting (still looking for a good 2 socket Tombfist) I may replace my ammy with: as the class of monsters that can get shocked (not too much life) but does not get oneshot or twoshot is becoming smaller and smaller. I will then probably need to replace one ring with to get the resists I need. I will keep my current boots as Onslaught is addicting: Apart from 21/23 gems, is there something I am missing? Is there a better ring or quiver? A jewel I should look out for? Some things are outside my budget: e.g. a +2/+2/+3/+3 Frostferno retails for multiple mirrors (the Kaom's heart was self-found several years ago).. i just failed at shaper due to no good corrupts, up to that was smooth sailing including red elder. betrayal encounters on t13+ with bad rolls can get a bit hectic. havent delved below 230-ish or something, but delving feels decent. i have about half the advised town tooltip dps of 120k
i honestly have no clue how it works in synthesis encounters - havent done too much with that so far. all in all, a very versatile and fun build that becomes very very expensive once you want to farm t16 and beyond. shaper just took too long to take down so i will have to invest a bit. | |
" I would definitely recommend Chin Sol+Point Blank for Shaper, even if it means I need to get it from skill tree. Then I would get +2 Frostferno if budget is not an issue. Otherwise, I would get lv21 Elehit gem. | |

the reworked chieftain ascendency looks like its the totemancer of choice next league. you can also port over all the gear from the hiero to the chieftain and enjoy substancal benefits, mainly survival perks like life leech from totems.

" https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Elemental_Hit The wiki is a good resource for questions like this in the future. The earliest time a Templar can get this gem (without mulinng it over from a different class or sending it through stash) is the act 3 library. |
