Yes definitely. But you need to get rid of penetration sources(passives/gems). And Incınerate is buffed baby we are back :D

ES and ES leech got buffed so much, I wish this is ES viable. But because of the staff you lose so much damage going ES. Or you lose 1-1.5k ES using a staff +2 fire and cwc
