What is Leo Reserach Craft? We don't have Leo in 3.5, right?

Personal Update:
i have stumbled upon this beauty
so i swapped herald of ash with vitality.

i dont lose any dps due to the anger mod and i can still leech life.
but the real upgrade is the second vitality mod.
this mod plus the aura itself grants me about total of 1k life recovery over the old setup.
"increased life recovery rate" mod also affects leech rate :)

I can't read 64 pages os replies, but what about monster reflecting elemental damage? I use a similar build and I just can't go tier 1 maps with this mod or I get oneshot.

If Leo is in Research and at level 3 he will let you exalt an item.

Build is insane lol, sold all my items from my arc toon, didn t like how glascannon it was but not even a true glasscannon the damage wasn t there.So i had the exes to buy everyhing, atm doin t12 corrupted at lvl 71 with only 1 ascendacy lmao

Will try i as my secound char, i got some currency so Will get
it rolling quite fast i think, i Will play ut on hc so should i use the shield
Or Will i be tanky enough to dual sword? Any other tips?

I am now at delve 400+ and it works fine. I am lvl 84 with 9k life and 25ex eq. So pretty decent. But I had to change some things. First I got my cwdt-ic-slg in my shield. And than I build a whirl-bloodm-fastatt-fortify in my boots. I need the fortify down there and blood magic too. And I needed to change my playstyle. Don't stand an tank. You get multi-simultaneous-hits oneshoted. Use whirling to charge out of large groups. Don't get surrounded and PROC THAT FORTIFY. Keep it up 100% when fight those huge mop clusters and move. Be especially careful with primeval cities. I died sometimes when I wasn't out of a 10 mop group fast enough. Kite and tank especially when You just entered the room.

Build is insane!
But how you get 9k life without gear? I Have 93 lv with your dual-wield build and gear, and I have 7300 life.
