sorry, cant take someone seriously after he is stating that life and life regen arent important in a guide for a tanky build.

you are doing about 45% more damage than me, but thats just "on paper", once you remove the CWDT setup its like 10% more.
your curse and wave of conviction arent really up most of the time, and spider webs arent consistence.

and at what cost? you lose so many defensive layers like poacher's mark, blinding enemies, life leech and regen (i have more than double your regen).


sure ,i can make a build with about triple the dps without a GG gear, but this build was never about dps.

also my statement about dps were written in like patch 3.4, it was actually stronger than any other MS build except one that had lots of dps but pretty much zero defense.

of course you have a lot of life reg, but what for? To go afk to a boss? No MS needs so much life reg... i do damage and instantly go to full life, the molten striker does never need so much life reg (my reg is 800-1000)
I did not say that life is unimportant, but you can push it too far. 8500 lives are easily enough for the complete content with molten strike and LoH. My build does more damage with leaguegear than your build in standard.

tanky build ? i can facetank shaper beam + balls (last phase) without any problems, should be tanky enough, no one need more

uptime from cwdt setup is 95%+
Aspect of the spider uptime is nearly 100%

Alright. I can't continue with this build anymore. I've really given it my all. Started out with this build in 3.9, made it up to 92. Now I'm getting soft-blocked by the tankiness of mobs -- even on a low T15 map, getting through is just a struggle.

Honestly, I don't think this build is good for 3.9. If it is, I must be doing something terribly wrong (though I min/maxed to about a copy of your PoB, without the helm enchant).

Took a ton of currency, and each upgrade really showed a difference in the higher end of gear, but it really just falls short.

Tried this build in blight too. It wasn't terrible, but definitely not uber cake-walk viable.

Also, please update your PoB. It may have had an issue with Multistrike in the past, but you should keep your build up to date if you plan to serve on out to the community (and update it's title to say it's 3.9 viable).
starting to feel like im on the struggle bus with this one as well, not sure where im falling short.

im stuck at level 84 and keep dying unless I stick to low tier maps, metamorphs kill me a lot and a good chunk of map bosses do as well.

Dont know if trying to squeeze in some more life per hit is the answer or potions or gems, but most of the time they are far out damaging my ability to heal even when I use a pot, or I just get basically one shot.
This build doesn’t seem 3.9 viable in terms of damage for mapping or any bossing. You can delve and that’s pretty much it. The skill tree doesn’t even go past level 93. I would hands down avoid this build and look for something with more damage.

Is there some Molten Strike build out there with more damage for 3.9?
Im up to lvl 74 now and feel like missing damage. Im missing some gear too but idk.


What annointment would be the best for that build?

I'm lvl 83 atm, and I'm doing like TIX without problem.
But damage on metamorph are pretty low
I like this Build , but my Single Target damage is low (i feel:D)
Can someone Look at my Jugg and help me please <3
It’s doomed buddy, I’ve invested like 7ex into the build and still no damage. Switching builds atm or waiting til next league. Hopefully someone can help you out though, gl mate.
