Announcing Path of Exile: Delve

It looks nice, but I do have only one concern.

My concern is that it could turn out to be a dungeon that is similar to Diablo 3's Greater Rifts. Where the damage and health of the monsters are increased as the only way to increase the challenge of hte Greater Rifts. Which could lead this infinite dungeon as a gear, passive tree, and skills check. Which means that only the absolute strongest and tankiest builds would be able to explore the deepest of depths.

Which could lead to players shying away from other good but not as powerful builds. Where if you don't have a build that is the stongest and toughest then forget playing in this league.

Even though I like the idea but it could turn out to be flop. I just hope that doesn't happen. I say good luck to GGG in trying this and hope for the best for the new league.
I really love the music!

So basically an endless lab gauntlet where you get almost insta-killed (by unavoidable area damage) if you leave the Crawler AOE.

Looks more nerve-racking than a pleasent experience tbh.
I like the overall concept but this detail kills the league for me.
Masterpiece of 3.16 lore
"A mysterious figure appears out of nowhere, trying to escape from something you can't see. She hands you a rusty-looking device called the Blood Crucible and urges you to implant it into your body."

Only usable with Ethanol Flasks
Looks Good!

Glad to see Dominating Blow getting some much needed attention. Let's hope this helps it become viable for endgame stuff.

Looks even better than incursion omg.

The end game infinite dungeon is a big fucking deal.

yeah this actually looks sick.

Looks Awesome!

Everyone keeps saying infinite dungeon, I think we are misunderstanding. I doubt they are getting fully rid of the atlas for this.

Incursions temples ran about 12-15 minutes max. Will these run for around 1-4 hours if you collect enough goods?

ohh, my god people crying that there is a danger in video game if you leave the area you can die !!!! RIP immortal players.
This does appear to be interesting, and hopefully an alternative to maps that can be indulged in pretty much from Act 1 if you desire. Ideally, this eccentric miner would be promoted to a master in his own right, complete with his own distinct hideout (this would also be welcome for Alva, too).

The darkness mechanic is a different sort of challenge, and makes me wonder if there will be related mods on items... for example, 'Darkness damage taken reduced by X%' ' or 'Darkness onset time increased by X sec.' on armor.

More crafting options are always welcome, of course, and I look forward to hearing more about them.

Trade is the problem. There's only one real build. MF archer. And there's only one real way to get it going league start, trade. Pawnshop of Exile. Path of Trading.

Everything else about the game is a newb trap to supply victims for the above.

MF archer traders will resoundingly crush an infinite dungeon because unless increased quantity is taken out of the game their disproportionate reward will be compounded exponentially. But even then it will just be about clear speed, and again, exponential reward.

Choice is a myth here and cooperation is systematically punished because of a developer/owner profit agenda.

This place is a casino.

Almost like you missed the whole point and purpose. The dungeon will get harder over time.. You really think an MF archer with 4k hp tops and barely capped resistances are going to make it far AT ALL? I completely agree with you about trading being a problem, I only play SSF myself. But don't say something flat out wrong because you hate trading.
