UPDATE

1.31 / 6.8.2018 - Slight fix with header height making navigation buttons more accessible

Thanks a lot for support ^^

I'm thinking about switching later to another extension that lets me make the user interface changes that I already have, plus let's me insert Java Script to the page. This means that I can create new html elements like dropdown menus and links, insert sound, video, pop-ups and actions to the page ;)

Early functional prototype with different designs. There are 2x variants that I can make :

1) With solid buttons to most important sites as seen in center of navigation bar.

2) Animated menus that have buttons. Menus have nice dropdown animations and I have functional links under it. This is harder to code but gives tons of options to link to stuff if I figure out enough important links / functions.

Text field for aura calc site is tooptip for the link and not solid message box.'

Any opinions which design is better and what functions to add / link to?

@mika2salo: You guys adding the skins to the forums options in the future (I mean for those of us who are lazy to go through the extension stuff)?

Patch Notes 3.15:
Fixed a bug where players believed the game was playable. This has been corrected and made retroactive.
Patch Notes 3.19:
Fixed a bug where players adapted to 3.15. This bug cannot be corrected, so we have implemented a 90% reduction in item access as a punishment.

Where can I get that style which adds the nav buttons pictured here?
The default one is just a reskin on the normal page.

You can also install it as a user script using GreaseMonkey or Stylish with the same instructions in the OP.

That would probably be a custom User Script injects new HTML onto the page in order for those buttons to work. Stylus/Stylish doesn't have that functionality.

Hello :)

I'm not sure what you mean by adding forum options? I don't work for GGG, and have no idea if they are going to add some options in future. I sure hope so and I will be developing styles with extensions while waiting for it.

Hey :)

The screenshot is about extremely early stage of test with another extension. If you want to be testing latest changes, I will add short tutorial how to set it up.

1. Install "Tampermonkey" extension

1.1 For Chrome
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/tampermonkey/dhdgffkkebhmkfjojejmpbldmpobfkfo?hl=en
1.2 For Firefox
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/tampermonkey/

2. Install "Path of Exile - Base CSS" Script
https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/371220-path-of-exile-base-css
This adds same visual style as "Stylish", so you don't need to use original extension if you dont want to.

3. Install "Path of Exile - SCRIPTS" Script
https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/371222-path-of-exile-scripts
This adds functional link buttons to the page. Please notice that it works correctly only if you are applying CSS style either by Stylish or "Path of Exile - Base CSS" Script

I will be maintaining both versions and you can choose what setup you want to use.

1) Only Stylish adds just base CSS style

2) Both Stylish applying base CSS style and Tampermonkey to apply Scripts

3) Only Tampermonkey applying both CSS style and Scripts

The dropdown menus are still very early as they are functional, but I cant seem to be able to center them atm. They will be added in later releases.

What other links should I add?

Or what other content to link to with dropdown menus other than "links"?

Hi :)

Yep, added link to installation after the original question.
