[3.3] Flickser-Spree (Cospri's + flickerstrike / indigon)

Part I Basics

"gain a frenzy charge after spending at least 200 mana"

In order to spam flickerstrike consecutively, you need to spend at least 200 mana per cast. This can grant multiple charges if spending higher quantities of mana.

Since the build uses mana quickly, indigon becomes very powerful in scaling the damage of all the spells while increasing the mana cost substantially.


Part II damage

Like any other cast on crit build, you need to get a lot of crit chance in order to be effective. You can get BASE crit on gloves and weapon using vaal orb/ double corrupt. You can also get 1.5% BASE crit on elder armor base.

The 6L uses Cast on Crit with essence drain degen to the target. Since flickerstrike counts as a movement skill, the Gluttony belt deals 200 physical damage and will proc a low level cwdt contagion every 3-4 attacks which will chain spread the essence drain.

Vortex in the Cospri's works extremely well as it provides a scaling DoT and chills the enemy so that you receive an additional 60% crit chance.

high level CWDT vaal cold snap activates every 3-4 seconds while attacking and provides a massive damage boost.

And most importantly, Indigon ramps up the damage every attack and scales all the DoT effects.


Part III: Utilities

Power charges can be gained either using Vengeance with power charge on crit. Or you can use ice spear cwdt level 1 and pcharge on crit.

Jaws of agony can be used off the start to reach maximum power charges at the beginning of a map or during a boss encounter.

Part IV: Defense

30% MoM with a massive mana pool

immune to status ailments while on conc ground which is most of the time.

Regenerates life from essence drain.

mana flask also applies to life
conc ground - my mana regen is 2800 and provides 6% life regen.
