It isn't global. When you attack with double strike, while dual wielding, it performs hit with main hand, and then with offhand, so 1 click = 2 hits. And bloodseeker instant leech effect only will apply to hit performed with that weapon.
So you can't use 500 dps rare claw in one hand, that hit will have normal leech effect (over time), and then bloodseeker hits after, you get instant leech off that, but its 250dps weapon.
If you want bloodseeker leech carry over strong rare weapon, it will work this way with DUAL strike, where you click 1x, and both weapons swing simultanously, damage is added, and that way instant leech applies to combined damage of both. But this skill is significantly worse, no +flat damage to bleeding enemies, no vaal version.

Thing is it isn't really free because you lose tons of dps compared to rare amulet either some high crit multi talisman, or shaper ammy with "gain phys damage as element".
And you can get vulnerability on corrupted gloves, at cost of +crit roll, which isn't that big of damage loss.

As budget option it can work though.

Up a bit, im still using tabula with capped ressists.
Can some1 give a few tips on what to improve next?
Is a rare/unique 5 link better to aim for before good 6 link?

Full life is more damage, you are always at full life after first hit with this build, so it will be always up while dpsing.

Mathil started playing 2x bloodseeker double strike gladiator, but lot of gear pieces gonna be similar. Se you can expect substantial price increases on bunch of gear :)

Where is the POB link to check the damage?
