This is so you can see what you need to aim for in terms of Life, ES and DPS.

I really recommend rushing both jewel slots, the one to the north of Witch's starting point and the other one to the left of Templar. Getting both First Snow jewels in really speeds things up and feels a lot nicer, and it takes a long time to travel on that path so its better to do it at lower levels so the grind doesn't feel so bad. From there you can grab whatever you feel you need, you should have easy access to any life, mana, ES or damage nodes wherever you are. There's another build in the main posting for level 72 which is when I switched to CI, so everything should be self explanatory.
