I'm currently using buffed Arctic Breath with GMP to spread EE. It's surprisingly good because monster get EE just by waking onto the ground effect and you can cover a really big area with just 1-2 casts. So if they take damage from a storm and get hit by Sirus, they will die. I made sure to stand very far away from storms, but they still touched them... The storms won't instantly kill them like at the start of 3.9. I made this video to show how to do it. It's from 3.9 and I don't use Spirit Offering / cyclone.
