Delve Chest with +1 Spectre. 5 is still possible without Empower but it won't be cheap... Will need 21 Gem, +2 Ascendancy, +1 Spectre Level Boots, +1 Int Gem Necklace. Wiki shows that we need lvl25 gem. So you get 2 from Unnatural Strength, 1 from tabula and 1 from boots. That 24, where do you get the last one? Sorry im kinda noob at this.
