I run SO and clear nearly every T16 Ultimatum. The only one I really avoid is Stone Circles cause I hate it.

Are you running only two Ghastly Eye Jewels? I find I ahve a similar setup to yours but I struggle on T16s under certain mods (in particular, Monsters reflect Elemental Damage).

3 with the belt and will be adding a 4th. Elemental reflect is pretty much a no go with this build. I always skip ele reflect, double damage mod maps, and sometimes reduced max res.

What gems you guys maxing quality on first?

I just crafted a wand with +2 gems and 74% increased minion damage but no open suffix. Im currently trying to get "reforge keep all prefixes" but no luck so far.

Is there some way I can still use the wand and let something else trigger bone offering + desecrate and then manually trigger tempest shield in my unset ring? I can maybe use a green gem in my gloves to trigger EE but I'm not sure which one.

I'm 100% following the build for pure spectres regarding my gear and skill gems.

Does anyone have a video+PoB for a cold-converted SO build that can handle tough inscribed ultimatums/juiced T16 maps w/delirium and the feared with post-nerf (clusters & helmet) gear?
I find that either you build too much into spectre survivability and then they lack damage, or you don't build into their survivability and they get wiped out.

I can't speak for others, but I am 100% all done with Flame Dash. The amount of times I mash that key and just stand there...That skill alone has killed me the most. When in Ultimatums I just stand there trying to get out of the way, and Flame Dash just doesn't activate. I don't know if its block recovery, lag, or what.

I've since switched to Dash.

It's replaced by the Phase Run/Dash combination. Honestly unsure if the Phase Run/Second Wind/Enhance will work with Flame Dash but yeah..

Sirus is more about placement and knowing the fight, than actual uber dps. Your gear suggest you should be able to take him dps wise, (I took him down with worse gear than you have) so I think you just need practice :)

It took me 5 failed fights to take him down the first time back in Heist league. He is a motherf... And I mean 5x6 portals, not just 5 deaths :) It sucks that you have to respawn him after failing, but thats PoE.
Watch some youtubes of the fight, to be sure you know whats going on. And good luck!

However, I would swap to Syndicate Operatives if I were you, and get the Triad Grips
