Thanks for the very nice idea.
I'm running slightly modified version of the build and likes it quite a bit.
Instead of taking MoM, I decided to use HoT in glove, wrath+HoI+englihten(level3) setup.
In my opinion, MoM doesn't provide much defense anyway. You can still die anyway if volatile happens to land on you or beyond boss happens to spawn early before getting buff. And once you have buffs, you won't die anyway.
I only have 84 unreserved mana (barely enough to use KB once), but once vaal clarity kicks in, you don't need mana.
I also use Chill of Corruption (50% chance to gain an additional Vaal Soul per Enemy Shattered).
I figured that being able to use vaal skill early is very important in this build, and with this setup, I can use vaal skills pretty much the first pack. (and added damage from wrath+HoI allows killing mobs easy without buffs)
- Also, it seems that extra vaal soul gained from this jewel doesn't get eaten by soul eater which makes it even more trivial to maintain perma vaal clarity/grace
Perhaps Sacrificial Harvest may be worth using it too, but Chill of Corruption gives enough early vaal soul boost so I didn't take it. (and each abyss jewel is ~100 life, which is kinda hard to give up)

40 tree + 25 Occultist + 30 Helm + 11.5 Curse on Hit 23% + 4 Jewel + 50 Coward = 160.5
160.5 - 40 = 120.5
40% * 2.205 = 88.2% Slower = 847% More Duration
Is there anything we can do to exploit such ludicrous duration?
There is a hard cap at 75% slower so the Coward's Legacy is overkill. Also the whole point of the build is to extend Headhunter buffs so removing Headhunter is not the same build.

Yep, there is a hard cap on the slow. But "slow" isn't the same thing as "other effects expire slower". In fact, the patch notes that added the cap explicitly say "A cap of 75% now applies to the action speed reduction caused by Temporal Chains". Nothing about "other effects expire slower".
Now, I wouldn't be surprised if there was a 75% slower effect expiration cap that was added in the same patch and didn't make its way to the patch notes. But there's been other cases of things that should have been capped not getting capped.

There is a 75% cap on "other effects expire slower" as well. You're correct; it wasn't in the patch notes.
