" uhm tbh i have to say that i copied the animated guardian gear/decription from somewhere else, so i didnt check it myself its all correct. besides that i had no problems at all (the guardian dont die) and it gave me the buffs from the gear, so i was fine with it. but if you have any suggestions for other things like the gloves, feel free to give me more feedback ;) My Builds & Hideouts: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2083383

" Well, if you were getting shared endurance charges then it's fine! The wiki is often wrong, after all. xD Never actually ran an animated guardian before this, didn't realize how funny he is. For gloves, one budget option could be Veruso's battering rams for the high armour, attack speed bonus, and the synergy with the Endurance charges from Ambu's Charge (increased melee damage). |
|
" Ah ok thanks! I was just wondering if I missed something or if it was a flavour thing. |

Hey, thanks a lot for the guide.
I'm learning Scion and this thread is really helping me a lot on grasping the idea of what the character is like! |

With Immortal Call being completely gutted in 3.7 (see here: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2509916), do you have any suggestions about an alternate gem to use in the chest setup?
Will the new steelskin do or would something else work better? |
|
" as far as i read it. the Steelskin gem will be the way to go if you dont have much armour (molten shell) or many endurance charges (immortal call). so i think steelskin or molten shell will be our gem My Builds & Hideouts: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2083383

You may wish to look at the most recent announced changes.
Most crucially, Mortal Conviction is going to restrict the player to only one Aura. If Mortal Conviction/Blood Magic is no longer feasible as a major source of reduced mana reservation, what alternatives exist to recreate this build with anything remotely like the same capabilities? What else can we do to achieve effective reservation savings? Praying for lucky +1% reduced reservation corruptions won't do it, even if you somehow managed to get that on every jewel AND piece of gear (if that were possible). The 50% is massive. " this aurabot is dead. until they changed it back somewhere in the future " there are some aurabots which will still work, but they utilize ALOT of corrupted jewels. and these will be expensive af in the future edit: maybe not soo dead. managed to stay with the main parts of the build. only loose so far, the puritys (i swaped them with purity of elements, so we have just normal 75(76)% res). for the free gem slots i put in enduring cry and phase run My Builds & Hideouts: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2083383 Hideout Community Discord: https://discord.gg/B2xQkmf Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/user/Dralanorr Twitch: https://www.twitch.tv/guggelhupf Last edited by guggelhupf#2310 on Jun 4, 2019, 2:59:50 PM

Will be interesting to see your changes once you settle on them. Luckily I hadn't gotten to endgame with my version yet, so I can be flexible (plus there's always the respec).
Still going to focus on ES as a Defence base? How many corrupted -1% jewels do you think will be needed now? I have an Aspect of the Spider sword, so I only have one Energy from Within with the -1% corruption (and also Conqueror's Efficiency with the added -1%, since that's easy to find at least).
