Regarding leveling. Can I use Quill rain all the way or should I upgrade during teh leveling?

Quill Rain is your endgame clear speed bow. And also enough to kill every boss up to T15 in a few seconds. Chin Sol only comes into play for the bigger bosses.

Really enjoying the build so far, I think I should be able to take on Uber Elder soon.

I'm loving this build, it's taken me farther than I've ever been. I have a couple of questions:

1. Do I have to use Vaal Pact? I don't know what it is about the skill but I hate it, I hate the lack of life regen without anything to hit. Is it viable to not use it or should I just suck it up?

2. I got lucky and got a Xoph's on my first run so I have some extra currency that I was saving up to buy one... what should I spend it on? Can you take a look at my gear and gimme some advice? I'm thinking quiver, I feel like I'm losing out there somehow but every quiver I've found is worse.

Well gear-wise the only way to get a (big) health boost would be swapping to Kaom's and Xoph's, meanwhile you could reallocate some points to health nodes if your dmg is through the roof! It's quite useless if you are dead :)

"leeched as mana" is not instant. With the ridiculous attack speed of quill rain, I attack very fast and burn through my mana faster than the mana leech rate.

Guess I'll respec some more in the mana leech nodes for the time being. Can't figure out any other solution.

Get Lioneye's Glare for map clearing, imo. It's a solid bossing bow, but it will lose out to Chin Sol where you can use Point Blank/Close Range.

As for mana issues, I don't use Quill Rain and spam; it's completely unnecessary for mapping. For Cannot Leech/No Regen maps, I can drop one of my mana reserves to have a bigger mana pool. Having a level 3 Enlighten helps as well.

I have played POE for many years on and off.

This was the first time I have successfully killed The Shaper!!! One Death, only because I didn't get my positioning correct! My damage was incredible. 4-9 hits for 33% of his HP. So really about 2.5 seconds to do that much damage is insane.

Additionally, my clear speed on T15's is unparalleled.

Thanks for the guide. Please rate my build and improvements... (char - ashe_elementalist). Sitting at 3.2k health and 75k (effective dps is 275k with just onslaught and covered in ash) hideout damage for clearing and 222k for frostferno (effective is already 800k). Love this build thanks again and hope ggg doesnt nerf this to ground
