How do you feel about dropping VP and picking up acuity's for this build? Vaal pact just feels so bleh. We already have a high crit chance, and could get extra resist on jewels if needed.
I've been really enjoying this build so far and damage is excellent. Currently fully buffed DPS is about 60k area damage with 5L Chin Sol and 140k single target with Frostferno having lvl 20 Elemental hit gems.

However I am really hitting wall and struggling to get past level 88 and tier 9 maps. Feeling extremely squishy and getting one or two shot left and right even at times in normal T5 maps. Quite often offscreen. Usually it is some sort of projectile causing insta-deaths.

My resistances capped and around 110% uncapped, life is 4.6k, 30% dodge with acrobatics, 41% chance to evade and 16% physical damage mitigation with Basalt flask in desperate quest to make this work.

I would really appreciate some pointers what to do in terms of getting some defences going in order to break into red maps without running out of portals midway to boss. This character feels like it soaks all incoming damage straight into life pool. Leech doesn't appear to be sufficient for packs nor bosses even when using Orb of Storm setup and getting right next to them.

I felt the same, and maybe it would be a bit better if loreweave went to 80% max res, but that is not possible this league. I have chosen instead to use a Kaom's heart which puts me comfortably above 6k life. With acrobatics, and generally being able to 1-2 shot most map bosses it works great.

The tradeoff is I had to take 1 +30 str node and get some more strength on my gloves in order to wear a Kaom's. But the build has run much smoother since.

I don't know what exactly is killing you, but you can try dropping haste for grace/vaal grace/evasion in flask set up, or temporal chains on blasphemy, or even TC on a low level CWDT. There's also the dodge/phase acrobatics nodes.

what do you think about using anger with watchers eye instead of haste? or is it not worth it?


Just got this bow, i hope it will be enough.

I am currently changing the build a little bit in Path of Build, and with 4 curses + Yriel's Fostering (Rhoa version) i will reach the same 1kk dmg, but with 600 less life but with a lot of defensive mechanics, such as enfeeble, temporal chains, the rhoa itself...

Yo guys, got a few questions to you how to improve my dps and overall.
got around 6k hp with that build atm + 1.1kk (Path of building shaper/elder) DPS but I think that I should deal like 0.5kk more. I'm not sure what to change right now and got that few exalts to spend, so would be nice if you might try to help me.

What am i doing wrong? few gems are not perfect and that's only 92 lvl. I've almost killed uber elder but it required fast hands from me (got stuck around 20%hp)


This build is frucking interesting and i'm really enjoying it, but it require from owner knowledge about how to deal with bosses.

1. Wrong Combat Focus Viridian Jewel position (Your EH can choose Lightning)

2. Replace elder ring with Pyre (You dont use Frostferno)

3. I don' see the reason for Rotgut (no frenzy charges) and Atziri's Promise (You deal no chaos damage cause of Xoph's Blood Avatar of Fire - "Deal no non-fire damage")

4. I believe that Murderous Abyss Jewel is way better (if u want to use Tombfist)
One of the best builds I have ever played. I don't even need to swap anything when I'm bossing, it just takes a little bit longer than with slow proj instead of gmp. I just want to craft better version of boots than I use atm as my last goal this league.
