I've been thinking of using this build as a league starter in 3.6 (as long as it isn't nerfed that much). Do you think it would be hard to build this character with no initial funds?

It need at least the two jewels to work and it is not cheap at league start, and then at least you need one of the ammy There is some really cheap league starter and i am sure next league it would still have bridge meta for new master (but sadly no syndicate) or in quarry (but sadly it may be specifically no nico) for you to stack up currency and then respec . i try lorewaweave and frostferno plus chin sol but i dont know wat gems to put on chest.....i check pob to 99prosorc and i dont see wat gemsa him use...
