where are you placing them? combat focus viridian goes next to heartseeker, combat focus crimson jewel goes next to golems blood, you only need 40 combined of the stats, it can be 30+10 or 20+20 or just 40 from one single stat.

Just place them exactly like in the linked 3.5 PoB.

I crafted new ring instead of pyre and swapped belt (take the 1 with more hp and reroll ele dmg enchant). Also swapped your passive tree a bit. You should also get more defensive flasks, you run 3 life flasks and not even one has instant recovery. Now you have about 700hp more or something like that.
