[3.6] Fire Elemental Hit Deadeye - Budget - Endgame

One question: how tanky/forgiving is this build?
Im sorta player which is not dodging some stuff accidently.

Any Tips for leveling in 3.5?

Thoughts on using Ryslatha's Coil with the new buff? Lack of resist may be tough but not sure how the #s will play out for overall damage increase.

why would you use a physical damage belt with this build?

I was skimming through the last 5 pages of this thread and it seems like the build is not so good as a league starter because 1) with the nerf to the bow, damage is lower, and 2) the need for the more expensive gear is more important for end game becuase of 1.

Would my claims be incorrect?

I'm still pretty inexperienced with POE and rely heavily on following guides to try and experience end game content (i.e. shaper, uber atrizi, etc.) -- shaper I have never reached.

the build is still very strong. you will still one shot almost every monster pack in maps and delete bosses in 2-3 seconds. you dont need "endgame gear" to beat endgame content. you just need a chin sol and frostferno with a elemental hit setup in it on gem lvl 18+ to kill shaper with closed eyes.

for uber elder you only need a additional 6L chin sol or 6L chest for your elemental hit AoE clear set up to clear the adds from the portals etc and 5k life to survive most things in this fight. ofc if you are mechanicly bad and cant dodge all the attacks in the uber elder fight, then not even the most expensive gear will save you on a squishy charackter.

speaking of endgame, you dont need rly expensive gear. i just checked in PoB and adjusted some things, i reach 3.2kk shaper dps with endgame gear and 2.4kk shaper dps with budget which is still more than enough. you rly only need a 5L chin sol/chest for clear, a normal uncorrupted frostferno for single target, call of the brotherhood and a couple rares with life/res. this already brings you to shaper with like 1.5kk dps. you will start to steamroll when you get your xophs blood, then you can respec your tree.

lvling is also very easy, just use ele hit with lmp/gmp and scale your ele damage. if you are still unsure what to do, you can also just lvl a ele stacking deadeye tornado shot and respec later into this build.

Will probably do this build as starter.

Quill Rain still viable to leveling or not anymore?
