Do you consider this build to be a great league starter ?

And how would you recommend to level the build at league start, since we can't buy lightning arrow, mirror archer etc... until act 3 as a witch ?

Level 77 so far. Didn't die until I got to maps and ate some extra ele dmg on some maps lol.

Leveling 1-40 as Spectral Throw was a bit eh. Mobs do die but after 38 with GMP on it's pretty fast clear.

If you got around 100-200c sitting around and you're leveling this build. It's worth to spend it on parts of the gear. I am full slot geared and it's pretty amazing. I just need better jewels... but the prices skyrockted soo high. Killing bosses on this build is like a joke. Especially the ones that you wait for them to become available to attack. Lol time your frost bomb and Wise oak and Pew Pew. Dead.

Wouldn't recommend it as a league starter. I'll recommend it as your 2nd or 3rd. It's worth the cost to build.

I don't really know what I'm doing wrong, but the damage seems low against bosses or yellow mobs. In the past few leagues leveled Arc, Ele hit, Earthquake, Reave. All of them felt better in terms of damage.

The new Herald of Agony looks very cool and has a lot of potential. I'll maybe make a build around that, not sure yet (:

I will still keep updating all my builds to keep them dated, no matter what.

I was wondering if theres a tree if you are running with an ele foil instead? Just bought sword mtx and played around with the tree but I felt like claw was just superior in every ways :(

Hey Kiss_me_quick, I love this build, i also did your mf reave build both are 10/10, this one is way more my style. with some good mtx for spectral throw and HoI this build also looks like good to.

anyway i was wondering if there is anything big changes to this build in 3.4 after going over the patch notes theirs no nerfs, i would like to know if there will be any changes to the build as far as the passive tree or anything along those lines.

im gonna use this as my league starter,
